Healing begins with a safe, welcoming, nurturing, home. The House of Mercy residence includes family rooms, play rooms, kitchen and dining rooms, laundry rooms, bathrooms and outdoor areas. All spaces are shared, giving residents common responsibility for cooking meals and cleaning. Our philosophy encourages and teaches moms to live together with their children while developing healthy communication and problem solving skills with other women and children. Our supportive staff helps facilitate experiences of the spirit of love and forgiveness.

Catherine's House is located in West Nashville
Catherine's House became home in 2003 when generous friends and board members of the House of Mercy purchased and renovated it. We constructed Kitty's Cottage, a small building in the back garden area, to give our moms a private place for therapy sessions. Currently, we house our business offices in Catherine's House. Our goal is to expand the House of Mercy campus, which will allow us to accept more families into our program and manage it more efficiently.
